Refund and Warranty Policy
For In-Person Custom Designs
Your custom jewelry should be as unique and perfect as your love story. If you’re not ecstatic with your in-person custom design, we’ll modify or remake it at no additional charge.
• No Hassle Adjustments: Notify us within 14 days of receiving your custom piece, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
• Prepaid Shipping: We provide insured, prepaid return labels for remakes or adjustments.
• Free Modifications: Adjustments that wouldn’t have increased the original purchase price are free. Additional upgrades (e.g., more accent stones) will only incur the cost of the upgrade.
Getting the right fit is important. If your ring size isn’t perfect, we offer one resizing for free within 365 days of purchase.
• Shipping Included: Insured, prepaid shipping both ways.
• Limitations: Resizing beyond 1.5 sizes or complex designs may require a remake.
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. All custom-designed pieces are warrantied against structural defects for the lifetime of the piece.
• Making a Claim: Contact us to return the item for inspection. Defective items will be repaired or replaced at no cost.
• Exclusions:
• Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
• Lost or broken stones (covered separately under the Accent Stone Warranty).
• Metal discoloration or skin reactions.
For one year after purchase, we’ll replace any small accent stones (<$100 value) that break or fall out of their settings, free of charge.
• Warranty Extension: Send your piece for routine maintenance (cleaning/polishing), and we’ll extend the warranty for another year.
Your custom piece will be accompanied by:
• A third-party certification for center stones over 0.75 carats.
• An appraisal for lab-grown diamond purchases over $2,000.
For E-Commerce Purchases
We want you to love your purchase. If your e-commerce jewelry doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a limited satisfaction guarantee.
• Returns and Exchanges: Notify us within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange.
• Eligible items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Refunds: Refunds are available for eligible items. Personalized, engraved, or custom-modified items are non-refundable.
• Prepaid Shipping: We provide insured, prepaid return labels for eligible returns.
Resizing is available for e-commerce rings within 90 days of purchase.
• Free First Resizing: One resizing is free for eligible rings. Some designs may not be resizable or may require a remake.
• Shipping: Insured, prepaid shipping both ways for resizing services.
All e-commerce jewelry is covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Making a Claim: Return the item for inspection. We’ll repair or replace defective items free of charge.
• Exclusions:
• Normal wear, accidental damage, and misuse.
• Lost or broken stones (covered separately under the Accent Stone Warranty).
If small accent stones (<$100 value) break or fall out of their settings within the first year, we’ll replace them free of charge.
• Exclusions: Opals, pearls, and moonstones are not covered.
E-commerce purchases include:
• A third-party certification for center stones over 0.75 carats.
• A detailed receipt and appraisal for lab-grown diamond purchases over $2,000.
• Domestic Orders: We provide free, fully insured shipping for all purchases. Items over $1,000 require a signature upon delivery.
• Returns/Resizing: Insured, prepaid shipping labels are included for eligible returns, resizing, or warranty claims.
