We have a $3000 minimum for custom design, but the exact price varies by design!
After your initial design consultation and once you’ve decided on a design, you’ll receive an estimate within a few days and a CAD rendering within one week. Once the final design is approved, your Expert Guide™ will source a Truly Exceptional™ lab-grown diamond for you to review and approve. After your diamond is approved and payment is made, your ring will move into production, which typically takes 4–6 weeks.
We’re happy to accommodate walk-ins whenever possible, but we recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure one of our Expert Guides is available to assist you!
Yes! We love when clients bring inspiration photos! They’re a great resource for our Expert Guides to use during your design session to help us better understand your vision and guide the design in the right direction.
