We will do everything we can to make sure you are confident of what you are getting before designing your piece but if you aren’t ecstatic once you receive your custom ring, we’ll modify or remake it for free. We do ask that you would let us know within 14 days of receiving your ring.

Once a ring has been worn or owned, we can no longer guarantee its condition, integrity, or how it was cared for. Reselling such pieces—despite refurbishing—would compromise the high quality we commit to with every piece we deliver.
