Ring sizing
does it fit?
We offer one free resizing per ring. This offer does not apply to:
- Eternity bands, twisted bands, or intricate styles that must be rebuilt rather than resized
- Rings needing more than one full size adjustment
- Priced under $2,000
- Rings with stones covering ⅔ or more of the band (reviewed case by case)
These restrictions are in place to keep the integrity of your ring. We’ll always recommend the best option to keep your ring safe and stunning.
Gemologist certification
All of our center stone lab-grown diamonds come with a GIA (Gemological Institute of America) or IGI (International Gemological Institute) certification, ensuring you receive a diamond evaluated by one of the world’s largest and most trusted independent gemological organizations.

- Remove your ring before working out, showering, swimming cleaning, or applying lotions and perfumes.
- Store it in a safe place when not wearing
- Insure your ring for peace of mind and long-term protection.

- Don’t use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials to clean your ring.
- Don’t toss it loosely into a purse or drawer
- Don’t ignore signs of wear—loose stones or bent prongs should be addressed promptly.
- Don’t forget: your ring was made to be worn with love, but cared for with intention.

things to remember
All our rings are covered by a Limited Manufacturer Warranty that guarantees against structural defects and includes a Complimentary Accent Stone Loss Warranty for the first year after purchase (for accent stones valued under $100). If a small stone falls out due to normal wear, we’ll replace it free of charge. For additional changes, like upgrades or intricate design modifications, we’ll only charge for the added materials or complexity.
Truly Custom™ Engagement Rings have a Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not ecstatic about your modify or resize it for free if the adjustments wouldn’t have impacted the initial purchase price. Our goal is to ensure you love your purchase!
At Charleston Rings, we offer 30 day free returns. This ensures that you have peace of mind and time to decide if your purchase is right for you.
Products that are not eligible are:
- Orders outside of our 30-day return policy.
- Rings that have any modifications (ie. have been resized, modified, engraved or further customized.)
- Truly Custom™ Engagement Rings.
- Any orders that were damaged by customer.
We give you an appraisal with every lab grown diamond engagement ring purchase over $2,000 and you will receive a third party certificate with any large (.75 Carat+) lab grown diamond center stone/s you purchase from us (unless otherwise discussed). This is everything you will need to get your ring and center stone/s insured!
